I will be rebuilding them anyway, so they'll be stripped. Does the ultrasonic cleaning remove rust, as you can see on top of the float chambers?

It does to an extent but the only way to get rid of it completely would be to get them blasted , ill do my best though

Alright, I'll do a bit of research and get back to you. It's not a huge issue though, it's mainly the insides I want cleaning.

Do you offer an assembly service aswell if I supply a stripped hif 44 turbo carb and rebuild kit would you clean and assemble for a price?

I used to do this service , but as every engine is different, it depended on how the car ran.
I would happily clean them for you, but rebuilding and setting them up takes more time which i just dont have sorry.

Yes kezzkitkat, no problem, have done bike carbs , mower carbs etc , pm me with what you need doing ....
