We are having a little pandemonium over a to-be-planned event our club is thinking about..which is sparking some undeed arguement...

One particular point is the RAC blue book the club head chicken has flagged up...sadly none of us common folk have one. Can anyone scan one in or make note of some points regarding road-rallying, timed rallies and treasure hunts/similar competitive activities?

What exactly are you planning?

It's going to be a sh!t load more comlicated to organise if you have to use the Blue Book i.e. involve the MSA.

if you mean the MSA blue book I have a copy, but it's from 2003. Is there anything in particular you wanted to question??
