that kit wouldnt require an IVA provided that it remained mini engined, and otherwise largly unmodified.
LOL you think the original shell is under there unmodified still ?

imo it looks like someone has had a go at de-seeming, done the back end, got bored and left the front 
would certainly get attention at shows though
