Mini sidewalk started having trouble starting stops on own no spark at plugs tried all tests started to day after leaving 4 weeks revved op seamed ok let tick over cut out will not start petrol pump ok. ? Can you help

You wrote tried all tests...what have you tried please?
Low voltage connection to coil?
Coil (measure impedance with multimeter)?
Checked distributor cap?
Rotor arm?
Plug leads?
I would be checking all of these as lack of routine maintenance of the last three or deterioration of the wiring or coil could all be implicated.
These are the simplest to start with dbrill.
Once we know what you have checked I am sure the members will give their feedback
