This is very cool! I always wanted to bag my mini. How is the ride?

Rides good, not as soft as you would imagine. But that is down to pressure. I'm still fine tuning the whole setup since it really hasn't been done before. I think this winter I will redesign the rear to be on bags instead of sleeves to bring my pressure down and have more stroke. But I like it so far!

That looks like a nice little project...

It should be going for its warrent of fitness some time next week (NZ version of MOT minus emissions testing and only takes 20 mins).

Hopefully it will pass and/or fail on very little.
