Trying to find someone to refurbish my mini but just don't seem to be able to find someone who I'm 100% confident with. Been in contact with Cradley Heath and he welds but doesn't want to do the spray as it's metallic. Anyone got suggestions?

Have you had work done? How much did you pay for what, if you don't mind me asking?

Thanks

Have you been i touch with MiniMine or The Mini Centre?

Both are Classic Mini specialists based in Stoke-on-Trent, failing that give Talke Road Bodyworks (just off the A34 by Bradwell lights in Newcastle a go), they always have a few lovely classics in (including a Classic Mini Van that is a long standing project of theres).

Thanks

I've heard mixed reviews about Minimine. I went in to pick up some parts and they were very helpful. There is a guy on here who has had work done and in the photos I've seen it looks stunning. Unfortunately I've been ripped off in the past by a kit car company, once bitten twice shy I guess. I saw three mpi's in Mini Magazine, the owner stated were maintained by the Mini Centre so I plan to pop in there once my car is back from Guessworks. I will take a drive past Talke Road too. Looks interesting. Do you happen to know Forge body repairs in Rode Heath? They always have classics outside (There is a mini at the moment).

Thanks for the info!
