I find in situations like this a rather large hammer used against an inanimate object is a good stress reliever. Once it's out of your system take the door card off and check the arms and the sliders on the bottom of the window. If they are good the regulator will be the next port of call.

i find hitting the mrs is just as good for stress

 

then who would bring the coffee out to you

 

i dont like coffee,

but id make her bring me out some more stella to get the job done

i do not ask my wife she is so caring she makes me coffee and calls me to get it when i am in the garage but when i go in it is my job to make the coffee i am not a male chauvinist pig

what was wrong after?

 

Rotten channels. And my go-to guy had two sets so did the driver's side too as that was looking ropey. Now all sorted (and greased!) and ready to venture out. Don't you just love mechanics that work from old barns where every part you'll ever need is either sitting outside on a donor car or kept in ancient green filing cabinets?

I cant keep up with my mini and her constant need for attention lol... as soon as I fix something then another thing goes wrong! Good job iv got a lot of love for her haha. All part of the fun!
