Hi TMF!

I have finished renovation of my SPI mini, and was happy to take it for a drive, without excessive exhaust sound (drove it one year with hole in front pipe). But since there is no hole in the exhaust more, it should be more quiet, but instead it is extremely loud from my double RC40. I'm not sure if its the resonnance from not having any insulation in the luggage compartment, or is the RC40 so loud? Anyone has any idea of how to silence it, since it drives me nuts (even worse is my girlfriend refusing to drive with me, because she cannot stand the noice).

Thanks in advance!

Damage to the packing inside the resonators ? Shouldn't do this RC40 is a decent exhaust.
