On some of the custom minis you can get opening quarter windows and wind up windows in the front door. Also fitted to some Australian minis I believe.
The question is can you buy these from anywhere?

I'm pretty sure you can't buy them new, you just need to keep an eye out for them on ebay at show etc. they were fitted to innocentis.

As Alex says most most of the MK3 Mini doors with quarter windows are borrowed from Innocenti Minis. I believe there was also an english company that made the for MK1-2 Minis in the 60s and they are even more scarce.

You can't buy new ones and I've seen ratty ones sell between £400 and £700 a pair.
