Hi All,

 

I've just been out driving and suddenly I could hear a strange/wrong noise coming from the clutch area.

 

The bolt sticking out on the picture attached here (borrowed from someone else on this forum, thanks) was sticking more out than normal and it seem pretty loose.
Also when clutching out the sounds dissapears.

 

What should I do and any ideas on what has happened?

Another inch or two up up that clutch arm would tell.  dhpases, have you got a wider-angled pic?

casting of the arm looks pre verto to me
