Not really a problem, just after some advice and opinions

We run a 998 race mini, and wanting to know what the best plugs are?

Also what people's thoughts on the best manifold to use, bearing in mind we can't use lcb's!!

I'm also after some better quality radiator hoses, but bottom hose without the by pass take off in it

Thanks

Without using an LCB you are sort of stuck for choice in terms of manifolds, but I am told the best exhaust system for a 998cc engine is a twin box rear side  exit. That could be completely wrong for a race mini as mine is just for road use but still

Freeflow 3-into-1 ex. manifold is good for a 998 for competition, if allowed by your regulations. As for exhaust, a Maniflow single box centre exit with a 1.75" pipe inside diameter will work well at up to around 7500 rpm.

For plugs you could try NGKR7436-9, these being a copper core plug for race applications. You need to check the plug thread size, but I think they fiot a BMC A-series head.
