Yeah.....
I think this is getting out of hand now, there probably isn't any need to broadcast Pm's or drag this out any further really.
Ok, you got angry, said stuff you maybe shouldn't have done, ended up with a warning. Its all done, dealt with and forgotten about. I think I'm the only admin who has has ever had a warning to date(yeah, that's right, I'm an original bad boy!!!)
So can we just draw a line under this?

Perhaps you would like me to post up your PM in response to the warning to prove your new found 'gangsta' status?
Steady on, if you wants to bring pm's into this, then you are breaking data protection laws. I was only light hearted banter,(Surely you realise that?) Is there any need steam roller in. OK if you want to take the gloves off. Perhaps you could provide me with the details of the appeal process that does not seem to exist. I think you will find that any service that is paid for (ie tmf+ accounts) are subject to eu law, thus requiring a right and process of appeal. Post all the pm's you see fit to and we'll see what litigation it gets you into
Technically, the DPA cannot be used in this instance unless personal information is involved.
