Hi,

If I clamp the A Panel to the curved piece of the flitch panel, will that be enough do you reckon to allow me to fit the door and adust for gaps? What's the best way or 'marking' the panels so you know you can get them back in to the correct place or would you tack weld them in, with the door fitted?

Thanks,

Rod

Just fitted A panels to mine, I had the doors bolted on and lined up correctly then held the A panel with my hand while tacking it on. You can then double check the alignment before fully welding it. The only issue I found was my A panel is quite close to the door and I had to lift the door out at an angle to get the hinges past the A panel lip (the bit that gets folded round)
