Just been looking and I have a pre verto clutch, this seems to be a verto release bearing?
I do have the long arm and and a verto slave cylinder, although I do have the full 0.55" of travel.

Correct you have the wrong bearing..and probably the wrong plunger..

The slave sylinder is not so much of an issue as they are the same bore, but you would normally have the bleed nipple on the back of the slave with an eye for the return spring on the clutch arm.

The comment above about bent and straight arms is not strictly correct, there was never a 'factory' bent arm, just the multitude which have been heated and bent by owners trying to get their clutch to work without actually changing the clevis pins, arms and push rods because of wear.
