from the RAC
Driving licence:
Driving licences issued abroad can be used in Belgium only by visitors who have reached the minimum ages required for holders of Belgian licences for the same category of vehicle.
A foreign driving licence does not entitle the holder to drive a motor vehicle in Belgium until the age of 18yrs old.

There are certain driving regulations abroad that you'll need to comply with. A few examples are mentioned already. But IF TMF do a 'run' I will start a new section and cover it all in there.
Belgium and age of driver is an issue. Hi-vis for every car occupant is another. 2 breathalysers another....but rather than waffle in here I'll write it all up properly.
There's the EU regulations to consider, then there will be a few specific to the run if/when we organise it.

the breathalysers is a fun one in that you should have them for France but there is nothing you can be charged with if you dont have them.
people had made there millions and did not take it further.

Yes the organising clubs do put on dome activities and evening events/bands etc. Of cause there are trade stands and loads of Minis to look at.
