hello minists,

i'm trying to do a flip up front using bmw e36 hinges, I've had a quick mock up and the wings are hitting the a-panels ALOT!  i have replaced the inner wings with heritage panel with a-panel already fitted.

has anyone got any advice or can point me in the direction of a thread with the info i have done a search but can only find pics and details of before and after, I need the in process bit lol.

all the ones i see have really good shut lines but when i tried i gave a good half inch between scuttle and wing and it was still hitting.  do i need to mod the hinges?

thanks

Take a look at my thread mate if you need anything just ask. the main thing is making sure your front fits well without the hinges then get under the wing for hinge placement
