Best to run flat top pistons to raise the compression. Check the deck height if pocketing the block, (most machine shops will do this). Get them to drill & tap the block for the two extras studs.
Depends what cam you want to use & are allowed to use. 643. 296, 649 will all work well with raised compression.
Lighten & balance everything, especially on the long stroke 1100.

I would use a de stroked 1275 engine as I guess this is for class 4?
I would personally also go for a 300 duration camshaft, cross drill the crank, get some after market rods, forged piston and try and rev it to 9500 or so
The power is going to come from the head so I would spend as much as possible on a good head

Yh it is class 4 the only reason I am running 1100 is bcoz I have 2 and do u think 4.1 diff will keep the revs up there
I am not sure to be honest, it depends on a lot of other factors.
I have found in class 5 which isn't all that much faster than class 4 that I need to be able to hit approx 70mph on a dry track, slightly more on a very long dry track. So I gear my car to hit the limiter at my max speed.
I would suggest you want to hit 60-65mph at what ever your engine can rev to with your chosen tyres and second gear ratio.
I personally think a long stroke 1100 engine is not the way you want to go, sell those engines and buy a 1275 to destroke to a short stoke screamer
