Don't know too much about cameras and wasn't aware that you needed different class cards to do different things.
I shall get a class 10 card next week, they are less than a tenner for a 32GB which i don't think is too bad.
Also Grumpy2, we are still so pleased with the camera. It's had lots of use so far.

The camera will buffer to an internal "ram", and the speed of the card will dictate how quickly the video can be transferred from the camera to the card.I'll see what speed mine are. I need to dig everything out, format it and charge batteries etc before the weekend

This one is fine but just the wrong class. I shall just keep it and buy a class 10 for video and use the 4 for photos
