Hi all,

 

Just want to check a couple of things..

 

Firstly the replacement set of pipes I got for the heater valve on the engine and matrix lug are too big 'bore wise'.  I have really tightened them up with jubilee clips,  do you think it will be ok or too loose??

 

 

 

Secondly the hoses are routed differently than original due to reach. ie heater valve to the top matrix lug, radiator side hose to bottom matrix lug.  Will this make any difference to the working of the water system??

 

 

 

 

My main concern is catching the lower pipe and ripping it off the matrix lug.  I take it the matrix lugs are 1/2" and by the look of the top pic I have 5/8 ths bore hose??

It's ok,  am changing it all over,  seems the best thing all round.
