[Baldspeed Racing]

I killed my old mini years ago at Combe going too mad too soon in the morning so know what its like to crash pretty hard there.

 

Wish my current mini was ready to drive down as I love driving Combe so much, defo need to get back on it :)

You don't have to drive fast on the track, it not a test session. That said when you are out there its hard not to want to push it a little. Remember that you can get track rides from the mighty minis and normally bill Richards has a few of his cars. So if you want a trip round you don't have to risk your car and both are raising money for charity.

I don't think you are allowed to race anyway, are you?

Defiantly not allowed to race. Track markers will be out to not allow overtaking in corners and even on a straight they are strickt on which side and when.

Hopefully i will be down there.

 

2010 castle combe was the last time I drove my mini, it came off the road for a rebuild. Hopefully next year it'll be finished and I can jump back on track

I like the sound of a Mighty Mini jaunt around the track and no risk to my wee monster (the Mini before anybody says anything  )

 

Got her back on the road again, just need to sort an annoying 'clunk' almost everytime I lift off!  Changed rear exhaust mount, engine top steady bar has new bush (although I cant see a lower steady bar!!!), best get underneath and check all mounts etc are secure?

 

If you see me there, give us a shout - I have the number 367 on the side of mine, it makes it so easy to find in amongst other BRG Mini's
