Try a local auto electrician. It's a fairly quick and straightforward job to do so can't see it costing too much. Might be worth a few phone calls perhaps to get some quotes

Have you thought about going to a mini meeting?
You'll probably get help there, should get it fitted as well if you've all the bits you need.
