David's Zinc 182 is very good. It can be sprayed neat with a primer gun or thinned down but I normally brush it on thick.

I use Upols zinc rich primer, you can buy this from Halfords. I also have a tin on the David's Zinc 182 but prefer the Upol product.

they look similar. will have to see what I can find.

 

No Halfords out here unfortunately. and shops still closed on Sunday but the opening hours are longer than they were.
