Are you going to still run the side radiator? Would you say it needs a flip front. What inter cooler are you using?

Using an alloy side rad with extra aux fan linked to thermoswitch. Mines already a flip front, so I would always say it is easier. Got a Citroen c2 intercooler, but it is a little bit big as I am keeping my dizzy, could probably make it fit. just ordered a smart car intercooler, so I'll see when that arrives.

I'm using a Audi TT passenger side inter cooler as its fits nice to the front clutch end

The c2 one would be a good fit for you then. Let me know if you want a brand new one out the box.
