I am also looking into whether the panels can be cut from acrylic - so watch this space.............
I have spent the Christmas break period working out the space we can fit on panels - sadly for those with a heater cable and / or choke the maximum is 5 switches - which I recommend to be:
1. Sidelight
2. Headlight
3. Hazards
4. Heated Window
5. Front Fogs / Rear Fogs / Brake Test.
To allow for further switches I am developing a smaller switch panel to replace the one to the right of the driver where the original mini had the rear fog.
This could house 3 switches, 2 switches and a 12v or 1 switch and a 12v / usb combo.............
Happy New Year all.

Acrylic anyone..............
My awesome buddy has managed to create these for us to try - what do you think?
The panels are designed for a snug fit for six switches, the five switch panel can use the original mounts from the square switch panels

They look the biz. 3D printed, moulded or machined? They're certainly very shiny

As these particular switches are rated at 6A they are not recommended to be used as a direct replacement on the headlights or the heated rear screen as there is a risk of the switch melting.
We offer two solutions to this.
1. Short wire "inbetween" relays to be mounted behind the switch panel area (which is easy if you have a full dash, less so for a centre clock set up or non full dash as they may be visible) and wired to suit the switches and the original mini plug - priced at £7.00 each
2. Purchase one of our headlight upgrade looms (priced at £55) at a discounted cost of £45.
We are also looking at sourcing similar switches at a reduced cost for a middle priced alternative so watch this space!

Little bump for new interest - we will be at minis on the rec with these fitted to our demo car. We may even have one or two with us at L2B to show you all what we do.
Feel free to find me on Facebook "Wiredby Wilson" to see our developments and behind the scenes ideas and designs...

Afternoon Wilson
Are you still selling these? I am very interested in the black with choke and heater cable.
How easy are they to "plug and play" for a beginner with wiring?
Cheers
James
