I have had problems with the resolution of some of the photos for the calendar. I've managed to get high enough resolution photos for all the months bar March which has been a nightmare. After trying the March winner, and the person who came third in March (the person who came second was already in the calendar), and either not getting a reply or the best resolution that they could supply wasn't good enough for an A3 calendar, this morning I decided that I would need to use one of my photos in order to get it to print on time. I hope those who have ordered the calendar are not too disappointed with a different March photo, although the winning March photo still appears on the front cover in a small version, as part of a collage with the other months. I am sorry about this, but I have done my best to get the calendar that people would want, but also get it out on time.
In general, it seems that not all photos are taken with a camera that is capable of producing a high enough resolution photo to be able to blow up and have on an A3 calendar.
If all goes to plan, the calendars should be with me by Wednesday next week and I'll post them out as soon as they arrive. I will also let everyone know when they are posted.
Here's the new March photo. Sorry it's not up to the standard of the other photos, but it was the best that I could find that was a balance and worked with the calendar.

Mmm that looks very much like a Tristar if I'm not mistaken. The engine is nearly high enough to park a mini under.
My aeroplane knowledge extends as far as sitting in passenger seat! This was at Bruntingthorpe, which amongst other things is a bit of a breaker's yard for planes. Here's another pic of the plane

Yup RAF Tristar. Bloody things.

Hello everyone,
Just to let you know the calendars arrived with me today and I've just returned from the Post Office, where I was not Mrs Popular! I walked straight in, up to the counter and when I left there was a queue of 7 people!
Hopefully calendars posted in the UK should be with people by the weekend, early next week at the latest. Those going to Germany, Australia and New Zealand will take longer, depending on which level of postal service was chosen.
Please can you either comment on here or send me an email to tmfcalendarorders @ gmail.com when it arrives with you.
Thank you and I hope you are pleased with the calendar,
Tanya
