For clarity are you talking about the 2.0L Zetec that Ford put Duratec badges on?
That's the previous generation, the Zeta engine. The Duratec badge was put on some of the later slightly tuned up versions.
The HE model was a mazda developed engine.
A quick search on ebay comes up with these. All advertised as spares or repair. All of them burning oil. Wish I known this before I bought my mondeo.

Back on topic. The problem with the ford conversions has always been the differential clashing with the steering rack. Although the ecobost engine is tiny it still runs the same gearbox as its predecessors did so you still have the same issue.
I had the MTX75 gearbox out of my mondeo when I broke it for spares. Compared to the F17 vauxhall gearbox from my Vauxhall conversion mini the differential sticks out a fair bit.
