Sorry I have to agree with original post. As rubbish as it is, if you are advertising as being open until 2, open until 2. What if it was a planned Xmas present and it was the only time someone can get there?

If you want to close early, switch to minimum manning for the last few hours. It don't change it on the day.

Some of you need to get ******* grip...

Minispares do fantastic job throughout the whole year, they deliver top service all the time/every time. Simon especially towards me and vast quantity and cost this year alone. There are few more names i could mention but cant think off top my head. So last day before xmas day where they might been rushing around getting last paperwork filed, orders sorted for when back blah blah... and last part day might got really quiet. And thought..... lets have nice "slightly early finish"

And you know fair ******* play to them... people need to find something better to do with there xmas eve seriously...

It is chrismas, fair enough if they wanted to knock off early, got no issue there.

It was just annoying having planned on going straight from work specifically the only day I could have made it in the last few weeks and dodging traffic for 45 minutes and the trip back.

Having been advertised online they were open until 2, it's a bit bad. I got there at 1 and it was all lights off and all were walking out.

Drinks time, try again after Xmas!

Minispares are still brilliant.

Don't publish opening times any day of the year then and we can phone throughout the day before setting off.

I'm just waiting for the girlfriend to get ready.

I don't care what time anyone closes. But don't advertise 2 if you plan on going at 12. Say 12 and everything is fine. It's not about getting a grip or any other crap. It's the way of the world.

No one is imying they don't work hard and aren't a great company to deal with. Butyou'd be feeling a lot different if it was you that had travelled down there today only to find they were closed. Business is about reliability at the end of the day!

I think there is definitely a point to this thread. I would be annoyed if I drove down there. I think communication is what is needed from both sides. Customer Always call first and minispares should either have skeleton staff of advertise say 8.30am till midday.

It isn't. It's very real, has a registered association of those diagnosed with it. It Is a reading/learning disorder. Most people who are lazy at spelling think they have it but have no real idea of the complications the disorder gives throughout education. It can be overcome with work and self perseverance.

Well said Steve i Struggle with Dyslexia (ironically its one of the only words i can spell because of the amount of time ive had to write it on forms lol) and find it quite insulting to have someone tell me its a myth!!!

But guys if we can make this the last post on it and get back to the original topic that would be great cheers

and have a Happy Joyfull Christmas

God bless
