The general idea is never to do a renewal through the same company, most will put your premium up. Not all but most.

If you phone them they will probably give you the same deal you had last year. It all depends on many different factors, I work in a scrap yard and that put my insurance up by £50 even though its only for social use!!

Mines £230 fully comp

Sure thing insurance (none of the mini specialist insurers were cheap enough)

I'm 29

You're still missing many variables. Your location, where it's parked at night, do you commute? Otherwise threads like these are just a pissing contest for how cheap your insurance is.

Tried footman James or Peter James? My old man was with FJ for donkey's years but now have moved over to PJ.

He's got two MK2 Consuls, Mercedes, two Minis and it comes to 300ish... Limited mileage and all agreed values (one consul is 15k agreed)... He's 54

I got a quote recently for mine out of interest... was still sub hundred for a heavily modified mini... ps, I'm Forty lots, think the best was from Adrian Flux, but when I did insure my mini separately I was with HIC.

The admin fee is sometimes more than the premium.
