Just had 2 quotes both reasonable they are from, Performance direct and Heritage, anyone had dealings with any?

I'm a beliver in "you don't know how good they are until you need to claim"

My renewal seems to be taking some time , runs out on 2nd Feb so just getting some quotes ready!

Thanks

I've dealt with performance direct on a motorbike but not on a car. If the car is not being used a daily, I'd have a look at a classic car policy where you can get agreed value.

They both have me down for a classic policy with the option for "agreed value".

Mmm I would get another quote from them with the agreed valuation done to see how much it changes.

One has said the price is included just have to send in 6 pictures, the other said it would be an extra £15 on price quoted.

I'd go for the one you have to send pics in. I'm a firm believer that a specialist insurance company should know the car they're insuring. Pictures speak a thousand words and there will be no ambiguity then should you come to claiming.

With Steve on this. Pictures do indeed paint a thousand words. Good quality ones will be needed as this could dictate how much money you will get on an agreed value policy.

I did two of the interior, one of the engine bay and the other three around the car. Mine is with Peter James.
