Sorry to keep asking the community for help, but you keep coming up with the correct answers :D

 

Should my 1963 (first registered June 1963) Morris Mini Minor have a single clock, or the one in the picture :S

Single. The 3 dial binnacle was in the deluxe

Would it state deluxe on the V5? it also has the overrides on the bumpers and opening rear quarter lights!

It sounds like it's either a Deluxe or Super Duluxe car which would make the 3 clock binnacle correct. 

 

The chassis number should also tell you. Clicky

I have a 1962 deluxe and it has over riders, opening quarter lights but only has a single centre speedometer but silver faced, also has grey fleck trim.
