Can You Still Buy Sleeved Wheel Nuts For Old Gb Alloys?

Best Answer GraemeC , 25 January 2015 - 04:27 PM

The CN3 doesn't seem to have the taper on the washer.

Having a bit of a crisis!

Just had some old GB alloys refurbished, and all the normal wheel nuts I have won't get onto the thread.

I have tried every conceivable non sleeved type.

After a lot of googling I have found an eBay listing 151540297866 which has a picture of the nuts I think I need. http://pages.ebay.co...id=151540297866 picture 3.

Anyone know anywhere that sells them?

Any assistance much appreciated.

Cheers

Mike

Have you tried minispares? They do a good range and do some that 'look' like those. Are you close enough to one that you could take a wheel over?

I did give them a call on Friday but not sure I was getting the correct advice as they said cn1 or cn4 which I have tried.

Can't see anything on their website that looks correct, although CN3 looks something like it.

I think I will measure the diameter of the holes today. That is probably a good start.

If not, have a look on ebay, there is a guy who does hundreds of types but they are expensive (about £7 a nut I think).

Cheers. Came across that earlier.

Having measured holes and depth, minispares CN3 seem to fit the bill but will call them and check.

Thanks for all the help.
