I have asked this question before a while back but got no answer, so will ask once more because I still have no clue, basically I brought some used con rods to fit my press fit pistons, and I do not know which one goes where and if it matters? they are all offset to one side so am not sure what goes where

Page 56 of both Haynes manuals. Sloping side away from the bearings.

well its not urgent but didn't think it would be that in depth, when taking the engine out I used my granddads manual but he took it back with him but didn't spot the engine rebuilding bit

It is easy when you come to do the assembly. They will only go in one way for each big-end journal, but they are not handed.

Defiantly get one as there a whole pile of stuff you will be needing to know. And posting copywrite images is a no go on here.

I am currently sticking mine back together.
