The hole goes top right as you sit in the car looking forwards. You'll need to fit a grommet or edge protection to protect the loom.

Thanks gents. I just re-read Coxies note above, and he indicated that I will need to drill a hole in the panel to accommodate the speedo cable for my center binnacle speedo location.
