Its got a mspd trackday cam in it. wouldnt you get the same effect by just using 1.5 rockers instead Dog?

I would, but 1.5 rollers are more nosiey, and 1.5:1 are fine with a SW5 cam...

Amazing what a lick of paint can do!

And just to see what it looks like (and for purposes that will become clear in time ;) ) I've put it back on wheels. Looks awesome!

 Not really. We've been working horrible shifts at work, so I've not been in the unit. And every weekend I've had to do something else - mainly sorting my other one out, and pulling the MPi to bits. But now thats about done I can get on with the van. Just need to get the driveshaft assemblies off the subframe of the mpi, clean em up a bit and put them on the van. Then it can come down off the box its on and I can carry on again.

I've actually got something done on it today! :P
Fitted the offside rear backplate, hub and brakes. I was about to start on the nearside, but then I realised the arm was fubar'd. So I had to take that out, clean up another one and paint it. I also need another knuckle joint as I cant get the new cup I put in that arm out without wrecking it. :shifty: Still, I should be able to get it built up tomorrow. Then I've just got to do my front ball joints and the front hubs can go on.

I've got two wheels on my wagon... >_<
Rear end is about built up now I think. Until the next problem.....
The front should go easier. I hope. Four ball joints to shim or replace if they're knackered, the pot joint gators and a quick paint up should see the front back together.

just finished building up the backplates, brakes and hubs. All I can think of now is to run the handbrake cable and brake/ fuel lines to the back end and fit the fuel tank. And that should be it...
