Hi Folks,

Just ordered a pair of classic round wing mirrors for my 79 van. Now I'm not sure what looks best, door or wing mirrors. Need to decide before I put a thumping great big hole in each wing!!

Door mirrors or wing mirrors. Help me out guys. Give us a few votes please  ;D

the japanese do wing mirrors really well.

if your car is a similar style they will look good. I'd suggest door mirrors for yours.

Since the two are physically different, you better put the ones you've ordered where they are meant to go!

Thanks Peeps.

Door mirrors are the majority vote. I'll wait till the wing mirrors arrive, offer them up, then have a serious think about what to do. Appreciate your thoughts Thanks.

If you don't want to drill any holes you could have window mirrors..

They are called "Downton" or "Raydot" replica mirrors. I think you can get them from demon-tweeks over there. I'm going to replace the nut with a domed one so it looks a bit tidier.
