Well atm the moment its like that form me aswell. Just a wee bit more bumpy since is quite worn.

So there basically isn't anything wrong with the coil-overs, Robert just seem to have been a little unlucky.

Cloverleaf: Have you had any problems with you mounting points not being strong enough, or have you enhanced them aswell.
Because I kinda have doubts about modifing too much, they are pretty stricht with constructive changes here in DK. But if I don't have to enhance them, then it would be fine.

I think one might be able to get rid of the bouncing the clubman1275 talks about with coils. The problem about the corner weight wont be a problem since I know a guy who has a set of weights.

Jammy_Basturd: The coils you have fitted were they at a mini or a honda/vauxhall?
I have fitted coil-overs on a couple of cars, I think it is pretty easy. That is if you don't have to enhance/modify.

Not had any problems with the mounting points as yet *touch wood* and they have experienced a lot of abuse including my last track day at bruntingthorpe where the car was bouncing soo much I dont think it was ever on 4 wheels :D

Also i think they have improved them since.

Ok, I will have to consider that.
What wheel dimension are you driving with, because im not sure if the 7" rims are gonna be in the way if i install coil-overs? (on the inside).

I have just discovered that there are brackets included in the gaz coil set that huddersfield. But you are riding with the original ones?

I have 7x13" Starmags, there is no problem with the fronts but i have a 1" spacer on the back to stop the inside of the tyre hitting the spring.

I do have the original brackets but they're modified for the bottom mount at the front. But as i said i think they have changed the bracket since I brought mine!

Ok. I think i'll stick with the regular shocks and some hilos. I just found out its pretty hard to get the card through mot if it has changes like that.
Hope i haven't been to much of a bother...:D

by the way. cloverleaf what arches are you using? Because I would like som that can cover 7" deep dish but im not sure if Sportspack can.
If not then, have someone seen a place where i can get 13x6 deep dish superlites with black center?

sportspack arches will cover 13x7's. many people run on this set-up. in my opinion, the standard rover 13x6's look a little over arched to me

Ok...Then I think i'll be the 13x7.
Just ordered for about 1000£ from minispares today.
Im pretty exited to see how long delivery time they have since i live i Denmark. The downside about such a large order, is that the delivery cost is about 85£ :(
