Actually - and not to seem to critical here - there were many small detailed refinements to our cars here that were not done to those built in the UK. Many of these 'mods' were good, but also can be painful as many of these unique Aust Parts (often identifiable by a HY or AY in the part number prefix) are well and truly NLA, like the kick plates for our doors that have the wind up window (which we got around 1965!) for one example.
