Not front spoiler. Splitter. The fast bit that sticks out below the spoiler/air dam .

Thinking 1/2" marine ply?

What have you tried?

Marine ply would be a good choice.

I don't know what its called but they now make kitchen Cabinets out of it, PVC I think. It's fully paintable so you can colour match it, tough as and super easy to work.
