Be careful doing that, primer is porous, any rust repairs you may have already done will start coming back due to a lack of protection.

2k epoxy primer isn't porous

Epoxy isn't, standard 2k filer primer is..

Its Lechler Green TI primer is what I have used.Unsure if this is porous tho?
