Hello all got a problem with my mini I've got a knocking noise from near side front suspension area/wheel when I go over any bumpy road surface here a list with what I've replaced so far:-
New ball joints
New track rod end & tie rod arm
New shockers
New rebound buffers
Poly bushes on tie arms
Lower arm bushes with poly
Solid mounts on towers & floor mounts
Poly teardrops
Checked cone which looks ok and greased what needed grease and still there's a knock on the front on any slight bump in the road so any help would be good thanks in advance.

Knuckle joints? Have you jacked it up and rocked the wheel to look for any obvious movement?

Exhaust to gearbox mount, I know you have said its sound like the near side suspension but it's amazing how sound can travel

There's no play anywhere side to side or up and down and also I've just put a new exhaust on but noise was there before that.

Knuckle joints +3. Maybe accompanied by slightly dropped suspension (nylon cup worn through) and squeaking when going over bumps.
