Try taking the plugs out of 1 & 3, hold them to the engine (to earth them) with the leads on and start the engine (for gods sake make sure you don't physically hold them otherwise you'll get a shock), check to see if there is actually a spark being generated.

I've had problems with 2 accuspark kits, back to points I went with no issues. First one didnt work at all, the second broke down over 500 miles and seemed like the coil was dying. I don't trust the electronic systems yet, maybe in the future though....

On the other hand I've driven around 30k miles shared across 3 cars with various cheap ebay kits fitted, only broken down once in a mini due to failed points in 2001 :-)

Now managed to get the car running on all four cylinders, had to reset the spark plug gaps to 0.8mm as they had closed up and then turn the mixture screw on the carb back by 6 full turns to lean it off and now seems to run fine for now. Will try and get it out on the road for a run next week to see how it goes.
