Most likely why he changed it last time as he knows he's in the wrong, giving it another go now though

I think some of the trailers that people have made of old Mini's stand a better chance of becoming a full car than that thing!

Still, I guess one of the ringer-types would buy it just for the V5!!!

It was advertised before on there with a nudge nudge wink wink attitude towards the v5. he has just worded it differently this time as it was probably removed before based on the original description

Yes true but is that the issue of the seller or the buyer/ringer?

Both, neither of them are helping the situation.

All depends on your point of view - lots of us (including you and I) got into this one before and I dont feel like going over old ground again - you have your opinion and others have theirs!

The seller knows exactly what he is doing, that's clear, and the buyer is just making things worse by buying them and God knows what their intensions are :(, but I'd say it's the sellers mostly to blame as they're the ones offering them up in the first place just like this one. Not good

Edit: bit of spelling

Yes I understand but what are you reporting him for - The potential for a crime to be commited in a third parties hands?

I think it is rather cleverly worded. The V5 isn't specified as part of the sale, he just happens to mention that it is in his name.

(Yes, I am assuming it is a chap. I am clearly sexist.)

It really is a tangled web, sure the guy selling it 'may' know it could be used illegally but that's not his fault. Someone might actually repair it, its not a complete impossibility.
Maybe you should report all the people selling WRX's as they could be used in a bank job or the ones selling candy because that could be used by pedaphiles to lure little kids in.
There's stacks of things for sale in a million different places that 'could' be used illegally. Just concentrate on the obvious ones.

I think it is an obvioius one , it would cost more im pannels and other parts to do than to buy a complete one , also he has tried to sell just the v5 before and it was taken down so now hes trying to get round it , I bet youd change your mind about reporting it, if youd ever had a mini stolen!

It's not up to us to decide whether it's illegal. We report it and the relevant authorities decide whether it's illegal or not. That's their job.

It's not really a tangled Web when you see how it was listed last time it was for sale. He's just reworded so it sounds more legal this time
