Wipers And Heater

So at the moment my heater and wipers are very intermittent, I'll be driving with the heater on, wipers also work, then out of no where the heater will stop, and so will the wipers, so they are obviously on the same circuit somewhere down the line.

What wires do I need to look for as it seems as there is a loose connection? Don't think anything is loose on the fuse box but yeah.

I dont know what year your mini is, but looking at the above post, if you have the 4 fuse fuse box, then both the heater and wipers should be coming from terminals 5/6, i would check the connections here at the fuse box first for any corrosion

Year is 86 and have 6 blade fuses, you know what wire colours they will be?

Something's loose. Earth or power or fuse.

Fuses seem to be a common place to start looking.
