Hi, just bought a mini with centre clocks conversion. They had only started it and not wired up the conversion loom from mini spares. I have done so but its still not working. I got the high beam, ignition and left indicator working at one point but has now decided not to work. Also the fuel gauge stopped working. I'll put some pics up and if use have any advice/tips that would be great.

First piece of advise - get rid of the choc block they really aren't ideal in an automotive setting, leave them for the lights in your house. The ideal would be either using a proper male/female connector pair or solder and shrinkwrap.

If you have multiple failures it usually points to poor grounding - and that ground pole looks pretty rusty, probably worth giving the it a good clean with a small wire brush and some electrical corrosion inhibitor (ACF50).
