Evening all.
I'm contemplating replacing the cone filter on my 1380 with the standard air box. I've had a cone on for years and years and years but it's doing my head in now!
I've got a twin box standard bore maniflow exhaust, can anyone suggest any more changes I could make to quiet my engine down?

I've just done the same, swapped out the cone filter for the standard air box with K&N, also put a couple of holes in the front of it as described in Mr Vizard's book. No wooshing noise. As to make quieter just put sound deadening insulation everywhere.
