Hi there everyone, just joined the forum and need some help. I'm unable to flash my full beams. I can turn on my headlights and then turn on my full beams, i just can't flash them. I have a purple live wire coming off of the number 3 and 4 fuse which also powers the horn and the horn works. I was thinking it was just a case of changing the whole indicator stalk unit over so i tried that and still nothing. Its a bit annoying and would appreciate any help. Thank you. Neil

also if you take the steering column cowling off you will be able to see the contacts, make sure they are touching when you pull the stalk. if they are then give them a clean and see if that works!

I found that to test if you put a flat head screwdriver between them it will allow a good contact, this will tell you if they work or not! :)

Yeah, i'm pulling the stalk towards me to flash them. Have already taken cowling off and wet and dried the contacts, pulled all wires off and cleaned those contacts as well. Will try putting a screwdriver between the contacs to see if that does anything. Its well confusing as to why its doing it in my opinion. Hmmmm. Thanks for your help tho, its much appreciated. Neil

Right, all sorted. Shoved the screwdriver in and it worked so cleaned the contact points up better and it worked without the screwdriver. Thanks for your help, much appreciated. Neil
