Lawrence, keep an eye out for good deals on eBay and you might be able to get the price down a bit.

Yes Range Rover lights fit. No you can's use the standard headlight surround.

I don't have any output shots of my own, but here are some from my friend's car with a nearly identical setup.
Legality will vary on where you live and local laws. Some places require auto-leveling to technically be legal. Honestly, the car sits so low, and with the Projector's perfect cutoff line, I'm not blinding anyone even when going uphill, etc. And they are far less annoying to oncoming traffic than some of the legal aftermarket alternatives. High wattage halogens have more light scattering, and even legal LED replacements have less output and more annoying scattering.

Hi everyone!
This is my first post!
I could not find an exact answer online and had to ask the PRO's
Does anybody know if Jeep Wrangler headlights fit? I am guessing all 7" fit but I don't want to buy them just to find they don't.
