I am having some trouble mixing my 1k primer with thinners, the thinners stays on top of the paint and if i try to mix it just turns all gloopy! Any ideas?

I'm not a pro when it comes to paint - but

sounds like you have the wrong thinners for the paint you are using

Don't bother with celly. 2k is much better, unless It's a DIY job at home. :shy:

If a diy job and no airfed then epoxy high build is very good, I used it on my bonnet and doors and it sands easily
But to your problem I would say as above the thinners is incorrect.

If the primer is Cellulose, then a standard cellulose thinners is the correct type to use.

It would help if you told us what primer and thinners you have if you could?

Ben

Yup. You need 2k thinners when using epoxy not celly thinners.
