Anyone With Air-Con Knowledge?

Best Answer FlyingScot , 20 September 2015 - 09:38 PM

Yes it's nice and cold, works well with both dials full on ( fan and temp), not very progressive on fan speed (mine isn't) but I just put it on full if I ever need it. Since it is a small space in a mini it cools quickly.

Hi,

I'm looking at Jap air-con models as I live in Spain and want to import one to here.

I was looking at one from a private buyer who admitted it was working but just needed 'regassing'.

How reliable is the system? and How easy to service and maintain?

Thanks

It's the same as any air con just jammed in a bit :D

I have a JDM spec 35th Anniversary Cooper and its aircon works perfectly, haven't had it re gassed.
it's well protected in the main so unlikely to sustain stone damage to the radiator part for example.
