Nice one mate,i always wanted to build a bike engined one but when i went to z cars last year they had built i think the first v tec one and they were sorting the kit for sale, for me it made it hard to decide between the two, like the fact with the v tec you can potter about all day and then go and blow something like an impreza off if you fancy it, also i wanted to do a clubman front!, should be a great build all the best with it

Just thought I would post a few pics up. I am now just waiting for my kit from Zcars. All the back now cut out and all the body work is done(thank god). Cut the back out with a plasma cutter I borrowed from a supplier at work. What a fantastic piece of equipment. Just the job.

How is it coming on

Its coming along good now. Front subby is in and wheels are on. Engine is fitted and its now able to be pushed up and down my drive.Not all bolted in properly yet more work for tomorrow. My camera takes too big pics and I am having problems posting up .

Just use the windows editor and click on resize, it should give you a choice of pixels that should allow you to resize/downsize your pics.

Hello Robnut,

I just thought i'd introduce myself on here. I spoke to you and your wife at mini in the park when we were by the z cars van. I've got the race spec busa conversion. I'm looking forward to seeing some more photos of your car. Hope its going well.
